What is included
Reprofit Bratislava's 2026 price list charges €260 for freezing five straws plus one year of storage (infectious-disease screening excluded), €55 for each additional straw with one year of storage, and €170 a year to extend storage. A semen analysis costs €45. Few other Slovak providers publish sperm-freezing prices; ask for a written quote.
Public funding and insurance
Public health insurance may cover sperm freezing for a medical indication such as cancer treatment; confirm with your insurer and the treating hospital. Freezing for personal reasons is self-paid.
