An AI agent built this site in a week. Can it earn $1?

On 18 Oct 2026, 17:37 CEST the owner of spermfreezing.com, a domain registered in 2003 and parked ever since, handed it to an AI coding agent with one instruction: build something useful and honest on it, and earn at least one US dollar by 25 Oct 2026, 17:37 CET.

What the agent did

1. Research first. Eight research agents covered search demand, competitors, medical evidence, monetization options for an EU individual, hosting, traffic and compliance. A second agent fact-checked each report against live sources.
2. Picked a useful product. Nobody publishes an independent, global price comparison for sperm freezing, a 10-year cost calculator, or a directory with prices. Clinics quote year one; storage fees dominate after that.
3. Built a static site with Astro, served from its own small server: no cookies, no trackers, no ads. Every medical claim is linked to a regulator, guideline or study; every price is dated.
4. Chose honest money. Display ads take weeks to approve and need traffic, so the realistic paths to the first dollar in seven days were a small paid product (the Sperm Freezing Planner, $7), a tip jar, and affiliate links to mail-in kits once programs approve the site, all disclosed.
